Gander Mountain Complaint

Gander Mountain /Did not receive the order/Awful customer service - Winchester USA Centerfire USA9JHP handgun Ammunition 9mm Luger,115-GR,JHP
I ordered a pair of Keen shoes and one box of 9mm Luger Ammo from Gander Mountain .
My order was sent by FedEx on 06-27-2014.
On July, 3rd I left for a sailing trip and returned on July, 15th late evening.
I checked FedEx wedsite when I got home and learned that my order was delivered on July, 7th and left my the front door.
I live in apartment complex and I could not believe that the order was just left on a street.
I contacted FedEx and they say, that my order did not require the signature it's why they left if by the building.
I found it's very irresponsible of Gander Mountain to send ammo without signature requirement. The stolen order is also now served as a key indicator for people who stole my order that I might have a gun if I have ordered ammo.
On 15th, after I learned that my order is stolen I email Gander Mountain and ask them to solve the problem - refund me money or better I would like to have my order.
Nothing from them.
On 16th I called to the company and spoke with a customer service representative who
said it's my fault that I did not ask for the signature.
I asked to talk to the manager and I was directed to the supervisor ( Alen) who said they will work it out and will try to help.
In about two hours I got a call from a claim department ( Dawn?) and she said than they will work on the problem and will call me within two days, latest on Friday, 18th.
Today is Monday, 21st. I still have not heard from Gander Mountain .
On Sunday, 20th I sent them a second email and also did not get any respond.
Sending ammo without signature requirement is not only irresponsible , it's dangerous - who has now a box of ammo ? how they will use it?
For the people who stole the package my order is an indicator of me having the gun.
It was a big mistake to order from Gander Mountain.
