Cancelled order - 22 cal ammo
I placed 4 orders for 22 cal. ammo for Christmas presents that Gander Mountain cancelled without notice to me in any way shape or form. Thankfully, today, 10 days before Christmas I check to track the shipment and ultimately find out the orders have been cancelled. These are orders I had received confirmation numbers on showing they had received and accepted the order. I was not put on a back order list nor was any strategy used to notify me or satisfy me. I had an extensive conversation with the call center in North Carolina. I was told they have a system to take orders, process orders, and cancel orders but they do not have the ability to notify me they cancelled my order. Very unhappy and dissatisfied.
