False Advertising, Poor Customer Service

Gander Mountain advertises guns, ammo and Liberty safes in the flyers. When you go to the store, they are either out of stock, or "they never got any" of the items advertised. They will not issue rain checks, nor will they offer a discount on a comparable item. The firearms counter is always understaffed. Customers frequently wait 1 hour (plus) to talk to as associate. Many just get tired of waiting and walk out. The ammo they do have is over priced. There frequently is nobody working in the archery department (even during bow season).
